- Once the Tomatoes are well cooked,add left over Rotis pieces to the pan. - Stir this mixture properly and cook for another 2 minutes on medium flame with a covered lid.
- Switch off the flame. Roti ka Poha is Ready now. Pour some fresh Lemon Juice on it.Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves. - Serve the Dish Hot with Ginger Tea.
