- Pick your beans and parboil, sieve the beans and pour another water to cook before it gets soft. Put a small pot on the fire pour your palm oil, your diced onions, fresh pepper, ginger and garlic,stock cube and a little salt to taste when your beans is soft enough and the water is almost dried pour the beans inside the source and stir properly leave it for 5mins and then it is ready serve with your chapati Bon appeti
