  2. Get 1/2 kg sugar

  7. Prepare 125 grams muraba mix

  1. Wash & soak sella rice for minimum 2 hiurs
  2. Boil water, add drained rice & food colour.till rice are tender. Zardy ky rice aik kanni nahin rakhni. Full boil rice till soft
  3. When rice are soft.drained & keep aside.
  4. Make sugar syrup. - 1/2 cup water and 1/2 kg sugar.let it cook over medium flame till full sugar dissolve & syurup is made.
  5. Heat ghee in a big pot. Add green cardamom let it pop. Add boiled rice in ghee.add prepared sugar syrup in rice.mix rice well.keep heat medium.let the water of syrup dries up.
  6. When all water is absorbed, add muraba & dryfruits.keep at dam over low flame tillbserving.you can add khoya at this time or add in zarda before serving.
  7. Serve mazedar shahi zarda & enjoy with Cookpad.
