  7. Dice the paprika and in a separate pan fry the paprika and spiralised courgette for 5 minutes, until slightly soft, drain any excess water.
  8. Lastly add salt and pepper to taste, combine all the ingredients together and serve.

Marinate the chicken with soya sauce and salt. In a large wok, heat up the oil and stir-fry the blended paste until it smells aromatic.
