- Ab is ke oper center mein gulab jaman rakh dain. khyal rakhay ke sb gulab jaman sath sath rakh ke set karay.
- Phr in gulab jaman ke oper dobara gajar ke halwe ki layer lgaye. ke gulab jaman achi trha cover ho jaye. achi trha se press kar ke layer smooth kar lain.. ab is mould ko fridge mein 2 hours ke liye rakh dain, takay achi trha set ho jaye.
- Phr fridge se nikal ke pehle knife se halwe ko mould se alg karay, phr plate pe mould ko ulta kar ke halwe ko plate mein bht ehtiyaat se nikal lain.
