  9. Jan gulab jaman wala color ajye flame off karein aur plate mein nikal ke ten minutes ke liye rakh dain.
  10. Sauce pan mein 3/4 cup sugar(waise half cup b kafi hy Kam zaida apni marzi se kar lain) and one cup water add karein aur green cardamom dal dain sugar dissolve ho jye.
  11. Add gulab jaman. Low flame per cover kar ke 10 minutes rakh dain.
  12. Bowl mein nikal lain Garnish karein coconut powder and almonds slices se.
