  5. Add chicken pieces and give a nice stir and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Add curd, cashew and onion paste, mix well.Cover it and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.stir in between to prevent burning of masala.
  7. Mean while add saffron and sugar in milk and leave it for 1 min.
  8. Add milk in the gravy and give a nice stir.Cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  9. You can water water this time if you prefer more gravy and cook for 2-3 min on high heat.
  10. Add kasuri methi, remaining chicken masala,mix well and again cook for 2 min by covering it. Add coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot
