- Now heat tha tawa on medium flame. Add few drops of oil on the surface.
- When tawa is medium hot, reduce flame to low & pour 3-4 spoon full batter and spread gently.
- Sprinkle the veggies on the top and press with spatula. (You can also mix all the veggies into the batter).
- Add little oil around the edges and cook until done on medium heat.
- Flip it when you see the edges of the Uttapam leaving the pan.
- Cook another side over medium flame until bottom surface turns golden brown. It will take around 2-3 minutes.
- Flip it again and cook for 1 minute.
- Mini Uttapam is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
