- Thaw paneer in boiling water…for 30 minutes..if kept in fridge
- Chop onions,tomatoes,garlic and ginger
- In a wok,add some butter along with some oil(not coconut oil)…add dried Kashmiri chilli and fry..add onions…saute for some time…then add ginger,garlic….saute a bit..then add tomatoes
- Then add powders…chilli and turmeric(u can add a half teaspoon of coriander…it's optional)…cook untill…oil seperates
- Switch off the flame…let it cool down…after that blend the mixture with cashews
- In the wok…add butter…and the blended mixture…attain the desired consistency…by adding water…when it boils…add garam masala…after two minutes..add paneer(u can just stir fry the paneer in butter…optional)…and cook for 5 min in med flame..adjust taste of garam masala..
- Then add kasurimethi….and finally fresh cream…and switch off the flame
- Add some salt…when u saute vegetables…adjust when u boil the mixture
