- Preheat skillet to 350°F or until grease is hot
- Pour oil into electric skillet or frying pan
- Add seasoning to flour
- Scramble eggs (you can add a little seasoning to eggs as well)

- Dip each mushroom separately, first in egg mixture, then flour mixture. Place in hot skillet, leaving a little space between each mushroom. Face down first as shown in picture.

- Salt to taste if needed again. I like to season with seasoning salt at the end.
