The ingredients needed to make Kofta:
  1. Make ready 250 gms paneer
  2. Get 100 gms boiled potatoes
  3. Get 2 tbsp Cornflour
  4. Take 2 onions
  5. Take 1 tomato
  6. Prepare few cashew nuts
  7. Get as required Amul fresh cream
  8. Take 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
  9. Get 1/2 tbsp Red chilli
  10. Take 1 tbsp Jeera powder
  11. Take 1/2 tbsp Corrainder powder
  12. Prepare as per taste Salt
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. Get 1 tbsp Green chilli

Spray the bottom of a large. Deep fried balls (koftas) made with potato and paneer are dunked in a creamy spiced velvety smooth curry. It's the ultimate indulgence and pairs beautifully with garlic naan. Ground lamb kebab on white background.

Steps to make Kofta:
  1. Firstly grate boiled potatoes and cottage cheese together in a bowl.
  2. Add all the spices in it(garam masala, jeera powder, coriander powder, black pepper, red chilli powder and salt in it)
  3. Now add cornflour to it for binding and mix all the ingredients nicely.
  4. Now make small balls of the mixture and coat it with cornflour nicely.
  5. Now take a pan heat oil in it and put all the balls into the oil and deep fry it.Make it crisp
  6. Now take out the balls from the oil andvplace it in the napkinto soak excess oil from it.
  7. Now take another pan and heat 1-2 tbsp oil in it and put the chopped onion in it.
  8. Fry it until the colour changes.
  9. Add tomatoes, cashew nuts, ginger, Garlic and green chilli to it.
  10. Cook it for 2 minutes then add water to it and bring it to a boil.
  11. Let it boil for 3-4minutes.
  12. Turn off the gas flame and let it cool down
  13. Once it gets cooled blend it in a mixture to form a puree.Now the puree is made then again place it in a pan and cook it.
  14. Add all the spices and salt in it.
  15. Cook it for about 4-5 minutes unless it separates oil from it.
  16. Put the balls in it and cream for garnishing.
  17. Serve it hot.
