- Make ready 3/4 cup coconut small pieces
- Make ready 1/4 cup roasted gram
- Take 2 green chillies chopped
- Get 1" ginger chopped

Spring Roll Dosa got its name as Dosa is filled with the same filling which we use for Chinese Spring rolls and is cut in a similar way as the Spring. Spring Dosa is little unique from normal dosa recipes. You can choose your favorite vegetables and stuff it in a normal dosa with a little twist. I generally make it at the time of breakfast or sometimes.
Instructions to make Spring Dosa:
- First prepare stuffing..in kadhai add and heat oil add chopped vegetables mentioned in ingredients..add salt and saute for 2 minutes. Add chilli sauce, red chilli powder and soya sauce mix and add boiled noodles.. mix well. Keep aside. Make 4 portions.
- Heat nonstick dosa tawa, grease with oil,swipe with tissue paper. Pour 1 cup of dosa batter in centre..spread in circular motion toward the edge of tawa…(keep the flame low). Sprinkle 1 tbsp melted butter or ghee on dosa.
- Mix all sauce together to make spicy spread mixture. As the upper side of prepared dosa become little dry..spread 3-4 tbsp of prepared spicy sauce as shown. Keep one portion of spring veg stuffing on it as shown…in center.
- On the dosa tawa to medium flame. As the lower side become crispy..fold it from both sides.
- Serve Hot Spring Dosa with coconut chutney.
- For coconut chutney..grind all mentioned ingredients in mixer jar to coarse mixture..add enough water or milk to make chutney.
