Spring Roll Dosa got its name as Dosa is filled with the same filling which we use for Chinese Spring rolls and is cut in a similar way as the Spring. Spring Dosa is little unique from normal dosa recipes. You can choose your favorite vegetables and stuff it in a normal dosa with a little twist. I generally make it at the time of breakfast or sometimes.

  1. First we make batter take a bowl add semolina, curd, water and salt.
  2. Keep it aside for 30 min. Then add 1/2 tsp of fruit salt and mix well.
  3. If dosa are not spreading on tawa add 2 tbsp of rice flour in it.
  4. For stuffing chop all the vegetables.
  5. Now take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil then add onion, capsicum stir for 1 min then add cabbage.
  6. After adding cabbage add all the sauces and salt then stir fry only for 2 min.
  7. Our stuffing is ready.
  8. Now take a dosa pan spread the batter on tawa and make a dosa.
  9. On dosa add stuffing and roll the dosa slowly cut into pieces and garnish with spring onion.
