  11. Cut petha in small pieces, take oil in kadai put methi daana, hing,onion saute till golden brown add petha dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt mix all and cover it for 10-15 minutes and then add raw mango pieces and bit of sugar cover again and let it cook
  12. Garnish with fresh chopped green coriander leaves

  14. Cut thin slices of ginger, turmeric and green chillies put salt and lemon juice mix well

  16. In cooker put oil jeera hing and pieces of raw mango add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt water mix all and give 2 whistle. Put chopped Gur as per taste and saunf and mix well and cook till Gur dissolves in it
