Steps to make Gulguly Donut:
  1. Mix Atta and brown sugar
  2. Add water gradually & whisk atta.
  3. Add baking soda and fold gently. Keep batter for 10 min to rest. Batter should be smooth with thick droping consistency.it should not be runny.
  4. Heat oil at medium flame.after resting add dolups of batter in oil.I use hand to give a round shape you can use spoon as well
  5. Let gulguly dip in oil.thy will themselves pops up & comes at surface.dnt use spoon to turn every now and then. Once a side is golden then turn them.take them out from oil when golden
  6. Make chocolate sauce.add cooking chocolate in a pot.place it on a stand in another pot filled with water.do not melt chocolate directly at heat.add butter & let both melt & mix together
  7. Make mango cream. Add whip cream and mango puree together & mix well to combine till smooth texture.
  8. Make cream cheese by mixing cream cheese milk,butter,powdered sugar,essence together till smooth
  9. Dust the Gulguly with confectioner's sugar. Serve with mango cream,cream cheese dip & chocolate sauce.enjoy an old classic with modern twist and pay tribute to our Amma's
