Mutton Brain Curry or Bheja Fry is one of the famous Indian side dishes. Clean the Mutton brain by rinsing well with water and then remove the red vein part. It is pure, organic, home-made and mixture of numerous daily used along with few secret. Mutton is cooked with spices in pressure cooker.
Instructions to make Mutton brain masala:
- Clean the goat's brain with water. In a vessel, boil water and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt, add the goat's brain and boil it for 5-7 minutes. Remove the brain and allow it to cool. Devein it. Cut it into small pieces.
- In a kadhai, add gingelly oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, add the shallots and chopped green chilli and saute it till the shallots turn transparent. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell goes off. Add the chopped tomatoes and little salt and saute till it becomes mushy. Add the mentioned spices and saute well. Then add little water so that the masalas get combined with the onion-tomato mixture.
- Add the brain pieces and mix well till the masalas combines with the brain. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes. Now it is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. Mutton brain masala is ready!!!ššš
