  26. Take 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  27. Take 1/2 tsp Kitchen king masala
  28. Take 1/4 tsp kasoori methi
  29. Get 1 tsp oil

  1. In a bowl take all ingredients of koftas. Except cornflour.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil to fry.
  4. Now grease your hands.
  5. Take little portion and make oblong shape balls.
  6. Coat in Cornflour
  7. Fry it on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour.
  8. Keep aside.
  9. Now heat oil in pan add jeera and all whole spices.
  10. Add ginger-garlic paste and onion.
  11. Cook till pinkish colour.
  12. Add tomato puree. Mix well
  13. Add all dry spices. Kasoori methi sugar.
  14. Mix well and add fresh cream or malai.
  15. Cook for a min.
  16. Add half glass of water.
  17. Cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
  18. Now take serving dish and pour gravy. Put koftas over it and Garnish with chopped nuts and fresh cream
