  1. For poori: take refined flour, semolina and knead soft dough.
  2. Keep rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Now again give punches.
  4. Take one ball from dough, roll it.
  5. Cut into small puries with the help of glass or cookies cutter.
  6. Heat oil in wok.
  7. Fry all puries in hot oil from both sides.
  8. For sabji: heat oil in wok.
  9. Add jeera and hing.
  10. When jeera colour changes add degi mirch.
  11. Immediately add boiled and mashed potato.
  12. Add rest of the spices except kasori methi. Saute for 1 minute.
  13. Now add 2 cup water and boil for 5 minutes
  14. Now add kasori methi and turn off the gas.
  15. For serving: make hole in puri, fill potato sabji gravy and consume it.
