- For poori: take refined flour, semolina and knead soft dough.
- Keep rest for 15 minutes.
- Now again give punches.
- Take one ball from dough, roll it.
- Cut into small puries with the help of glass or cookies cutter.
- Heat oil in wok.
- Fry all puries in hot oil from both sides.
- For sabji: heat oil in wok.
- Add jeera and hing.
- When jeera colour changes add degi mirch.
- Immediately add boiled and mashed potato.
- Add rest of the spices except kasori methi. Saute for 1 minute.
- Now add 2 cup water and boil for 5 minutes
- Now add kasori methi and turn off the gas.
- For serving: make hole in puri, fill potato sabji gravy and consume it.
