- Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes to set.
- Now Divide the dough into small equal parts. Flatten the dough balls. Likewise make all dough balls.Roll into 3-3.5 inch diameter poori.
- Now heat oil in a deep kadhai or pan.When oil is heated,frt poori.Press the poori gently with ladle, it will puff up immediately. fry until it turns golden brown from both sides.
- Fry all same ways.
