  3. Once the masala is ready, add the chole with water into the wok and cover it on top with a lid. At this point, you can add more kala amla in a strainer if you want it to be darker. Keep seeing and moving it with a karchi and once the gravy is thick, do the final step.
  4. Finally, take a small pan, add 1 tsp of ghee + 1/2 tsp of dal masala + 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder +1 tsp kala masala. Turn off the gas and add this tadka in the chole and mix well. Serve it hot!
