- Add chana rosting one minute aad cook water with Chana cover the lid and cook medium Flame 3 or 4 minutes open lid and Sprinkle coriander leaf
- Take a kadhai add Desi Ghee or oil
- Heat ghee take dough small ball make make little puri
- Puri deep fry in ghee
