  3. For simple coconut chutney add coconut, salt, tamarind and chilli. Blend the mixture well adding small quantity of water.
  4. Both chutney's are ready. In a pan add 1 tbps oil and add curry leaf and Rai in it. Saute for 30 sec and use this to garnish chutney.
