  6. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Take 1 tsp Salt
  8. Prepare 3 tsp Oil

  5. Flatten balls from hand and roll out poori with rolling pin.
  6. Heat enough oil in a skillet and fry pooris till golden in colour.
  7. Remove from oil and soak extra oil from paper towel.
  8. Serve hot aloo poori with dry aloo sabzi or pickles.
