- Divide the dough into 9 equal parts. Roll them into balls. Pat them to desired shape.
- Heat a griddle. Grease the oil. Place the cutlets. Sprinkle oil on the sides and on top.
- Let the cutlets cook. Flip. Sprinkle oil on the sides and on top.
- Flip once again and cook for a while.
