- In a pan add milk
- Let milk boil.
- Once milk started boiling stir occessenaly
- Add sugar mix well.
- Add milk powder,saffron strands and let milk thicken.
- Boil milk till you will get creamy texture.
- Turn off the flame.
- Let thicken milk cool down completely.
- Pour milk in a earthen pot.
- Cover with foil paper.
- Freeze it for 10 hours.
- After 10 hours remove foil.
- Matka kulfi is ready…
