- BONDI preparation-firstly in a large bowl add gram flour, food colour and mix well.

- Further add 1/2 cup water and prepare a smooth flowing consistency batter.
- Fine bondi can be prepared by using a small holed grater
- Pour prepared batter into the grater and slowly tap, making sure the drops of batter fall into the oil
- Once they are crisp take off and drain over the kitchen towel
- Prepare small bondi in batches and keep aside.
- SUGAR SYRUP- In a large pan take sugar and add water.
- Allow it to boil for 4 to 5 mins or until sugar syrup thickens.do not allow syrup to attain string consistency
- Add cardamom powder and lemon juice.to the hot syrup add prepared bondi and mix well.
- Continue to cook for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame, after 10-20 minutes sugar syrup is absorbed by the bondi.
- Add nuts if u want you can see the mixture is dried and all the sugar syrup has absorbed. Prepare the ladoo taking small amount of boondi add milk if required to make moist ladoo
- Finally motichur ladoo is ready to be served.
