- Boil the sugar and water until one string consistency. Off the flame add lemon juice and cardamom powder.
- Add the prepared boondis to the sugar syrup mix well, keep it covered fr 15 to 20 mins.
- Add some chopped pistachios mix. Make small ladoos. Repeat till all ladoos are made. Serve
