- Now take a ladle with holes and pour mixture in batches from it and deep fry boondi. - Don’t fry it for long duration. Boondi with get crispy quickly. - Take it out on an absorbent paper.
- When you are done with boondi, heat the sugar syrup and cook it till syrup becomes (ek tar ki chashni). Add cardamom powder to it and melon seeds.
- Add Boondi to it and keep stirring on a medium flame till it absorbs the whole syrup. - Turn off the gas and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes boondi will get soft.
- Now grease your hands with ghee or oil and start making ladoos. You can choose the size of your choice.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and enjoy the sweet yummy Boondi Ladoos.
