Pour 1/2 of the jelly in 3 glass bowls. Add crushed motichur laddoo in each bowl and pour balance 1/2 jelly in the bowls. Allow them to chill for set
  2. For white portion - Soak 1 gm agar agar in water. Boil 200 ml milk,add agar agar and stir till it is completely dissolved. Add sugar, cardamom, almond powder and mix thoroughly. Cool it 10 minutes. Pour it on top of already prepared Orange coloured portion of three bowls.
  3. For green portion - soak 1gm agar agar in water. Boil milk and add soaked agar agar and stir till it dissolve. Add sugar and mix well. Cool it and add green apple crush. Mix and pour on the white set portion of three bowls
  4. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours to totally setting. Once set, put the jelly cake upside down on serving plate. Decorate with motichur laddoo, mint leaves and serve.
