- In a kadai heat remaining oil and butter, add kashmiri red chilli powder now add the blended mixture, the mixture will be nice red colour, simmer the gas, and cook the mixture till oil separates from the sides
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, half Kitchen king masala add now and mix nicely.
- Now add 1 teaspoon sugar, add half the cream and mix, add some water to adjust the consistency as you want.
- Before serving add koftas to the curry cost the koftas with curry and add crushed kasuri methi, remaining kitchen king masala.
