- Prepare Mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves 1 tbsp

Instructions to make Sambhar vada:
- Put the toor Dal, green chillies (3_4), ginger paste, fenugreek seeds and tomato in cooker and give 2_3 whistle

- Make a small vada and deep fry in to oil
- Open the cooker and grind the Dal and pour it in bowl
- For sambhar : in cooker add oil give tadka of mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves
- Add onions, brinjal and gourd and saute it for a min
- Now add Dal in it and add all masalas
- Add water and tamarind paste
- Lastly add drumsticks and give one whistle on medium flame
- Now one side soak the vada in to hot water for 10 min
- Squeeze the vada from water and add in to vada..
