- Firstly cleaned & wash (3-4 times) fenugreek leaves n finely chopped it, set aside

- Make a soft dough with water(add slowly little by little At a time)
- Rest for 30 minutes
- Take a small ball sized dough
- Grease ur both hand palms n flattened it with ur palms
- Deep fry it on medium high flame

A good snack for children who don't like greens, especially fenugreek. This way you can incorporate some greens in their diet. along with fenugreek you can also add some other greens like spinach or amaranth in the dough. Thepla is famous Gujarati Snack bread.
