The ingredients needed to make Kadhi Pakoda and Rice:
  1. Get For pakoda -
  2. Get Besan
  3. Prepare Chopped onions
  4. Make ready Chopped Potatoes
  5. Prepare Chopped Green Chillies -
  6. Prepare , oil for frying
  7. Get Coriander leaves - chopped, carom seeds, Salt, red chilli powder
  8. Make ready For Kadhi -
  9. Get Besan, chopped coriander leaves
  10. Take Buttermilk , chopped green chillies, crushed ginger
  11. Take Salt, Red chilli powder, Mustard seeds, cumin seed, Curry leaves
  12. Get Dried red chillies, Water, oil for tadka, crushed garlic,

Use sour lassi,besan,spices mix together,and boiled for half an hour,meanwhile made onion, potato mix pakoras and keep aside. Tasty kadhi is ready,serve with boiled rice. Serve the Rice Pakoda Kadhi hot, with an aromatic garnish of coriander. Kadhi is served with plain white rice.

Instructions to make Kadhi Pakoda and Rice:
  1. For pakoda - in a bowl add chopped onions, chopped potatoes, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, Salt, red chilli powder and Besan. Now make a batter and deep fry Pakodas. Keep Pakodas ready on Tissue paper
  2. In a big patila combine together buttermilk, Besan,Salt and red chilli powder. Now switch on the flame and start boiling this mixture on high flame. Once the mixture starts boiling minimize the flame and add a ladle in your kadhi add crushed ginger and chopped green chillies and leave it for 15 mins on slow flame
  3. After 15-20 mins add Pakodas and let Kadhi cook for another 15-20 mins. Adjust consistency if required with water
  4. Prepare Tadka for Kadhi - heat oil crackle Mustard seeds, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, dried red chillies, and crushed garlic cloves, add a pinch of red chilli powder. Pour this temporing over Kadhi.
  5. Garnish your kadhi with coriander leaves and a pinch of kasuri methi.
  6. Serve Hot and Tangy Kadhi Pakoda with steamed rice / jeera rice or Pulav.

Kadhi, a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras, this is served with rice. This dish is popular throughout India.
