  1. Get 2 tbsp pearl millet/bajra flour
  2. Get 2 tbsp white millet/ jowar flour
  3. Get 2 tbsp ragi/ nachini flour
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp barnyard millet/ Sama rice flour
  5. Take 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  6. Get 1 tsp green chillies ginger paste
  7. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp dhania jeera powder
  10. Take to taste Salt
  11. Make ready As required Water to bind
  12. Make ready To Serve:

  14. Prepare As required Bijora pickle (optional)

Instructions to make Multi Millets Rotla:
  1. In flat big thali add all mentioned millet flours, coriander leaves, green chillies ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder salt and mix well.
  2. Add little little water in it and bind/ knead into soft dough.
  3. Rub this prepared dough few times to make smooth dough, with you palm heel as shown(if dough is thick add 1-2 tbsp water)
  4. Heat griddle on slow flame. Knead prepared dough and divide into 2 equal portions,made round flatten ball. Roll in dry bajra flour and pat gently on thali into 5"-6" round thick roti.
  5. Place it on hot tawa roast on slow flame for 1 minute,flip and roast till lower sides get fully roasted(Brown spots will be seen). Pick it up with tong and place it on open flame, it will fluff up after few seconds. Again Flip with tongs as all sides get roasted. Remove from flame. Similarly prepare another Rotlo.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Multi Millets Rotla with white butter and bijora pickle. Tip, apply white butter all over rotlo and relish.
