Malai = Heavy cream Kofta = meatballs. Traditionally kofta curry is made from meat. So, here koftas are made from grated paneer (cottage cheese), potatoes, nuts, and dried fruits. Malai kofta is a delicious and rich main dish.

- Take a pan put onion tomatoes garlic ginger cashew/almonds green and black cardamon bay leaf cloves b.pepper butter salt green.chillies together and cook for about 1/2hour.
