The ingredients needed to make Qosai (akara):
  1. Make ready medium cups of washed beans
  2. Get large tattashe, 3 attaruhu, 1 large onion
  3. Prepare Seasoning (salt)
Instructions to make Qosai (akara):
  1. Soak 2 medium cups of beans for 3 mins and pound lightly in a mortar then wash till the back is off then add your tattashe, attaruhu and onions (cut)
  2. Grind in a blender until it turned to a smooth paste.use a wooden spoon to beat the paste untill it turned very smooth. Add salt to taste. Add ground nut oil in a frying pan and use a spoon to be adding the bean paste in a scoop into the hot oil.. fry till golden brown.. serve hot with bread, kunu(pap) or tea
