Instructions to make Paneer Nargisi koftas:
- Cut the edges of the bread.
- Soak bread slices in 2-3 teaspoon water
- Boil potatoes, cool, peel & mash in Soaked bread slices.
- Add salt, black pepper powder & mix.
- Chop all the dry fruits in to tiny pieces.
- Mash paneer in the chopped dry fruits. Add salt to taste.
- Fill it in to potatoes-Bread mix. Make table tennis like small balls.
- Fry in the hot oil.
- For gravy
- Grind onions,ginger, garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add grinded mix in the pan, fry till golden brown.
- Add salt, red chillies powder, turmeric powder.
- Add chopped tomatoes & fry.
- Add mashed khoya & mix well. Fry till oil separates.
- Place fried koftas in the serving bowl & pour hot curry over it.
- Garnish with green corriender leaves & grated processed cheese on the top.
