- In a food processor combine the cooked yam, ginger, garlic, coriander, green chillies, lemon juice and all spices and grind to a fine paste.
- Remove in a bowl, adjust the seasoning and then gradually add the bread crumbs till you get a binding texture
- Make flat kababs or medallions of 2 inches size.
- Shallow fry in olive oil on a medium flame in a non-stick pan till the outer crust is nicely crisp and golden brown in colour from both the side.
- Remove on an absorbent kitchen paper
