Make a smoooth paste. Now take a pan heat oil and splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds with dried red chillies. Pour this tadka on coconut chutney. White dip is also ready. Serve it with idli or Dosa
  3. For orange dip: roast daal in hot oil and then mix all the ingredients in a mixer jar and churn them to make a fine paste. Splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds in hot oil. Add curry patta and pour this on chutney and mix well. Orange dip is also ready
