- Next add salt,black pepper, coriander powder,chopped coriander leaves,chopped spring onion,oil and mix well.Make dough into parts and roll round like chapati and half side fill with prepared filling.
- Now cover the other side carefully by greasing water on the sides to get stick and with the help of fork press on the side to give end part looks good and gets stick nicely.Next heat pan spread 2 tbsp olive oil to shallow fry make sure to fry nicely from both the sides dont use too much oil and press on sides to get fry at the ends of bolani.
- Now prepare Gazneesh chutney by taking coriander leaves,garlic clove,lemon juice,cumin powder,crushed black pepper,salt,sugar and walnut grind it make smooth paste and gazneesh chutney is ready.Next for CHAKHA take curd add chopped mint leaves garlic finely chopped and salt and don't beat the curd just mix nicely and serve the delicious AFGANI BOLANI with GAZNEESH Chutney and CHAKHA and enjoy the different taste.
