- Add onion, tomato, ginger paste, garlic paste, powder masala and 3 tbsp mustard oil to the crab. - Mix it well using your hands. - Rest it for 30 mins.
- Take a pan and heat 4 tbsp oil in it. Add cinnamon, clove, black pepper, cardamom and bay leaf to it. - Mix it for 10 sec.
- Then add crab mixture to it and mix it with the oil and whole spices.
- Cover it for 10 mins. After 5 mins uncover and mix it well and again cover it for 10 mins. - Like this you have to mix it after every 10 mins interval for 40 mins.
- When water is reduced and the curry is became dry add 2 cups of warm water to it then cook again. Maintain the water consistency you want after 30 mins. - Then cook it for another 10 mins. - Your crab will be ready after 40 mins cook.
