- Cook onion till light brown.
- Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder.
- Add tomatoes puree.
- Cook till gravy stands on oil.Then add kasoori methi.
- Now add kaju paste.
- Add some water with kaju paste to avoid sticking at bottom.
- Adjust the gravy by adding water as required.
- While serving u can add fresh cream.
- Plate the koftas in a dish and pour hot gravy over it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala.
