- First make a soft daugh with maida,salt and oil keep a side
- Take a pan heat oil add laung,elaichi and a pinch hing and zeera
- Than add moong dal and green chilli
- Lid the dal for 3 min
- Add besan saute for 10 min till brown
- Add salt,red chilli powder, saunf,garam masala mix well
- Add coriander leaves keep a side
- Take daugh make small loi
- Fill the stuffing
- Make kachori shape
- Deep fry in hot oil 1 min
- Than fry it sim gas for crispy
- Fry it till golden brown
- For saag,,take a pan heat oil add rai and hing
- Add 2 cup of water boiled it
- Take a bowl mix besan,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala and imli water mix well
- When water is boil put the besan mixture in it
- Mix well boil it ten min
- If the contensity is thick you add some water
