- Now fold from all sides a press the sides giving it a square shape….
- Repeat the same with the rest of the dough….making these square shaped kachoris
- Now it's time to deep fry these kachoris….place the dal Side first in the oil and fry onbotj sides flipping….till golden brown….on medium flame……ur crispy kachoris r ready to serve withany dip or chole…. Can have with garma garam chai or coffee
