- Heat oil in a pan add dry spices and daal paste and saute for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
- Roll the puri from the dough,and fill the daal mixture and make a kachori.
- Heat oil in wok,add kachori and deep fry till the golden brown on low flame.
- Serve hot with aalu sabzi,raita and tamarind chutney.
