  2. Take big size plate add fine flour semolina ajwain pinch of salt 2 spoon oil mix well add water kneading them continuously till smooth keep aside for 15 min.
  3. Now take a small dough like puri roll out & stuff 1 tsp fried daal cover them properly. Make all litty in this process.
  4. Now,pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot,pour litty into oil now, in low flame roast them till golden brown serve it chutney as evening snack
