- Now squeeze a small lemon and flatten it. Now scoop 1 tsp of prepared moong dal stuffing.
- Get the edges together and form a bundle.

- Then press with the spoon to puff up.
- Firstly, place 2 large kachories and use either of the moong dal kachori or matar kachori.

- Also add in the tamarind chutney, green chutney, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
- Further top with finely chopped onions and tomatoes and also sprinkle generous amount of sev over it.
