  6. Now squeeze a small lemon and flatten it. Now scoop 1 tsp of prepared moong dal stuffing.
  7. Get the edges together and form a bundle.
  8. Furthermore, gently press the edges and flatten it and deep fry the kachoris.
  9. Then press with the spoon to puff up.
  10. Firstly, place 2 large kachories and use either of the moong dal kachori or matar kachori.
  11. Further, gently make a hole in the center without breaking the entire kachori and pour the curd in the centre of kachori.
  12. Also add in the tamarind chutney, green chutney, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
  13. Further top with finely chopped onions and tomatoes and also sprinkle generous amount of sev over it.
  14. Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve the kachori chaat along with hot masala tea.
