  3. Add chopped coriander leaves and squeeze half a lemon. Your sabzi is ready.
  4. Now to make the filling you have to soak the moong dal for an hour and then drain and grind them to a coarse paste. Then heat a pan with oil and add fennel, finely chopped green chillies and ginger. Then add the ground paste.
  5. Keep frying the paste and until it forms to a nice and crispy bread crumbs like texture. Then add all the spice powders and keep frying. Cool and grind again in a mixer, so that you get a good filling mixture.
  6. Now take a portion of the dough and roll it out into size of a poori. Place the filling, fold and seal. Again roll to a small circle. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crisp from both sides.
  7. Crush some Kachori's and add on a serving plate. Pour the potato gravy and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and chopped onions. Sprinkle some garam masala and chat masala with a squeeze of lemon. Done😋
